Senior Associate - On-Site Technology Support - Enterprise Technology at EY At EY, we are committed to shaping your future with confidence, building a better working world, and empowering you with technology that drives innovation and service excellence. This role places you at the forefront of supporting over 300,000 EY employees through reliable, secure and resilient technology services. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and support deployment of hardware and software to end users, including installation, configuration, and testing of complex firm hardware. Assist with repair of end‑user hardware and reinstallation of software as needed to resolve incidents. Resolve complex incidents related to firm‑standard end‑user software and hardware, including mobile/hand‑held technologies. Identify causes and trends to prevent recurrence. Act as a lead for less experienced specialists. Provide after‑hours service for escalated issues or tasks from the Service Desk or supervisor. Perform asset‑management activities such as procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, and distribution. Anticipate technology‑support issues and prioritize tasks creatively, applying knowledge to implement technical business solutions. Work independently on small projects, assess local needs of area offices and respond appropriately. Document and track the status of inquiries, coordinate responses, and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction. Work effectively as remote hands for other EY Technology functions such as Telecommunications and Hosting. Maintain a thorough understanding of EY Technology’s organization and service offerings to address end‑user technology needs and incidents. Understand the Firm’s business and organization to anticipate and resolve issues that affect productivity. This role requires physical presence in an EY office. Qualifications Advanced analytical skills for addressing end‑user incidents escalated from the service desk. Decision‑making responsibility for issues impacting large numbers of customers. Experience leading projects and overseeing performance of project members. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project, and time‑management skills. Excellent customer‑service attitude. Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to liaise with all levels of end users and IT personnel. Approximately 4‑8 years of extensive experience in end‑user software, hardware, and technology support.
