Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.Join our team as an Application Support Expert for our Securities Lending and Borrowing solution (FIS SFTC).You will play a critical role in delivering top‑notch technical and functional support, driving system innovation, and collaborating with traders, stakeholders, and IT experts to shape the future of our SLB solution.YOUR CHALLENGEAct as an application expert for our Securities Lending and Borrowing solution SFTC – Provide comprehensive end‑to‑end 1st & 2nd level support to front tradersAssure system availability, handle run‑the‑bank issues and manage releases to maintain seamless operationsSupport business colleagues in their daily work and conduct investigations as neededIdentify areas for improvement and propose recommendations for enhancing system and processesAs a member of our agile organization, participate in daily routines and ceremonies, and contribute your expertise to the quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI)As an employee of Global Products & Solutions Technology, serve as a local liaison between our team, Central IT, and external vendorYOUR PROFILEApprenticeship in a technical profession, college diploma, or equivalent education or experience5+ years practical hands‑on as IT Engineer, Support Engineer and/or IT Administrator with "FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform" (formerly Apex Collateral Management / Finance), this experience is essential and mandatoryBasic developer skills in Databases & SQL, Unix & Scripting, Java is a plusExperience as DevOps Engineer and CI/CDBasics in Agile/SAFe methodologyAbility to communicate with management, business, IT and vendorIndependent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of workingGood analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving abilitiesExperience in troubleshooting general IT issuesThe Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification, the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification, or similar education are a plusEnglish (business fluent, C1/C2), German (basic, A2)On‑call work for exceptional cases onlyWe Only Consider Candidates Who Can Start Immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
