For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst - PeopleSoft.
Missions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements related to Finance product enhancements and initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications to support solutions design and implementation, in alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy Finance solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Finance capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product team.
Profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional consultant with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
- Proven track record of successful financial systems implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
- Advanced functional knowledge of at least 2 of the following PeopleSoft modules:
- Accounts Receivable
- Lease Administration
- Project Costing
