Business Analyst Lead: Logistics Expertise

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Analyst at Meanquest SA, you will collaborate with stakeholders from the Logistics and Finance departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within Product applications. You will leverage your in-depth understanding of supply chain business processes to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business value.
- Review, refine, and qualify existing functional specifications
- Review and propose improvements to existing and to-be processes
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices and organizational goals
- Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and best practices
- Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product teams
We seek an experienced Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with a focus on logistics processes. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
- Proven track record of successful supply chain systems implementations
- Functional knowledge of at least 2 JDE modules: Procurement and Contract Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management
Desirable skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English. French proficiency is highly valued.
