En Suisse, situés à Genève, nous collaborons avec plusieurs clients grands comptes reconnus du marché. A travers une relation de confiance, nous contribuons au succès de leurs projets.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités, et pour accompagner l’un de nos clients historiques, nous recherchons un/une :

Votre mission :
  • Collaborer avec les équipes métier pour identifier et analyser leurs besoins financiers.
  • Participer à la conception et au déploiement des évolutions des produits financiers dont PeopleSoft (modules Finance).
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment informatiques, de développement et d'exploitation, pour mettre en œuvre et déployer des solutions FINANCE.
  • Conduire des ateliers fonctionnels et rédiger les documents techniques et fonctionnels (spécifications, manuels utilisateurs).
  • Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus financiers et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Fournir un support fonctionnel et technique post-déploiement.
Votre profil :
  • Diplôme d’études supérieures.
  • Expérience de 10 ans en tant que Business Analyste avec une orientation sur les processus financiers et comptables.
  • Expérience avérée de la mise en œuvre réussie de systèmes financiers, y compris la collecte des exigences, la conception de solutions et le déploiement.
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles avancées d'au moins deux des modules PeopleSoft suivants : General Ledger - Accounts Receivable - Lease Administration - Project Costing.
  • Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité de traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en exigences techniques et en solutions / concepts de conception UX.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de s'engager efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • La maîtrise courante de l'anglais est obligatoire.
  • Connaissance des pratiques et cadres ITIL, un atout majeur.
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement SAFe / Agile, un atout majeur.
