Description du poste :

En tant que Data Business Analyst au sein de l’entité Conseil, vous serez un acteur clé dans la collecte, l'analyse et la présentation des besoins métiers envers les parties prenantes dans le cadre de projet d’intégration de données. Vous participerez aux discussions fonctionnelles avec les BAs des applications métiers diverses (ERP, CRM, ...) ainsi qu’avec les équipes opérationnelles. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la mise en œuvre de l’architecture Data au sein du SI de nos clients. Vous collaborez avec l’équipe de Data gouvernance afin de s’assurer de la mise en place de flux d’intégration conforme et de qualité.

Responsabilités :
  1. Participer et animer les workshops avec les différentes parties prenantes (BA et référents métiers).
  2. Collecter les différents besoins en termes d’intégration et de gestion des données.
  3. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques des interfaces (processus métier, mapping, règle de qualité,...).
  4. Participer à la définition des patterns de développements en collaboration avec les architectes et l’équipe de développements.
  5. Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des solutions.
  6. Définir les critères d’acceptance en collaboration avec l’équipe Qualité et participer activement à la phase de tests.
Qualifications :
  1. EPFL ou HES.
  2. Expérience antérieure dans des projets d’intégration de données ou la gestion de données.
  3. Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à travailler en équipe.
  4. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décisions.
