At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work at Eni Suisse in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be working for our ICT department, ensuring that data exchanges between the various business applications run smoothly and accurately, and supporting users with day-to-day IT issues.
As a member of a small team at Eni Suisse, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing all internal business applications.
- Monitoring updates and ensuring the smooth running and availability of all business software.
- Coordinating IT projects to deliver outsourced application solutions.
- Managing access to our various applications based on internal rules and ITIL standards.
- Updating and creating systems documentation, as well as all documentation specific to your activity.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks relating to the purchasing and documentation processes within your business area.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:
- You have a postgraduate degree in IT and successful experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of application analysis.
- Good command of SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics Navision, as well as knowledge of IT support.
- Native French speaker with a good knowledge of Italian.
