- Als Process Owner (w/m/d) bist du Hauptansprechpartner*infür die Migros ITSM Prozesse und verantwortest die Asset & Configuration Management Disziplin
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung in den Themen Governance, Prozess sowie Rollen
- Du berätst unsere Business Partner*innen zum Thema Asset & Config. Management und du stellst die konforme operative Abwicklung (inkl. Führung Community of Practice und proaktive Kommunikation) sicher
- Die Beratung der Fachbereiche, beinhaltet die Aufnahme, Analyse der Anforderungen - mit Ziel der Harmonisierung, Standardisierung - sowie die folgende Priorisierung und Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt dein Umfeld bei der Weiterentwicklung der ITSM-Fähigkeiten, sowie dem Know-how Transfer untereinander im Team
- Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
- Berufserfahrung: Langjährige Erfahrung mit IT-Service Management, agile Arbeitsweisen und / oder Projektmanagement in einer grossen IT-Landschaft und Konzernstrukturen
- Als Koordinator*in hast du ein Flair für vernetztes Denken und die Fähigkeit verschiedene Vorhaben parallel voranzutreiben
- Du bist lösungsorientiert und umsetzungsstark, dazu bietest du eine ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeit (Getting Things Done)
- Durch deine Erfahrung im ITSM und Configuration Management, sowie in der Rolle auf Enterprise Level beweist Du dein fundiertes Methodenwissen und wendest dies sicher an
- In unserer Service Management Landschaft kannst du auf vorhandenes Service Management / ITSM / ServiceNow Wissen zurückgreifen
- Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
- Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
- Französisch (von Vorteil)
