Responsibilities Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place. Be the go‑to expert for the administration of clients’ accounts, including cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, control of executions, and fiduciary deposit renewals. Use keen foresight to anticipate new risks through accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators. Guide relationship managers in KYC matters and support them in organizing client meetings. Ensure the smooth opening and closing of accounts. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry; experience dealing with EAMs is an advantage. Native (Swiss)-German, fluency in English, and effective communication skills. A strong team‑player with a strong interest in high‑level client service. Good understanding of financial products and markets. Excellent IT skills, including software tools and MS Office.
