Our client is the Wealth Management department of an international private bank in Zurich. We are looking for an EAM assistant (m, f, d) as Client Service Officer EAM Aufgaben The main responsibility is the support of the relationship manager, including the coordination and the maintenance of the relationships with independent financial service providers EAM that manage wealth for their clients / As the right hand of the Relationship Manager, acting as a reliable first point of contact for EAMs and take care of order execution, correspondence, scheduling, and communication / Proactively building and maintaining strong relationships through perfect service for EAMs / Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Trading, Credit, Treasury, Operations, Compliance and Legal to continuously review and improve collaboration / Execution of payment orders, trust deposits and their renewal, FX transactions, stock exchange transactions, asset transfers, credit card payments, monitoring credit lines etc. / Account management, including account opening / Support in complying with external guidelines and compliance regulations such as VSB 20, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, etc. / Support with retrocessions and associated commissions / Ensuring smooth operational collaboration and maintaining the overview of all business activities / You pro-actively update EAMs on major events to ensure uninterrupted client services / Ensuring EAMs are provided with all required services and information / Ad hoc activity arising from the situation. Qualifikation KV/Paralegal, HF or Bachelor's degree / Work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager for EAM in providing services to external business partners / Eloquent, courteous personality with attention to detail and willingness to commit / Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, but also a team player who is able to work independently / Keen interest in working professionally in a structured, labor-intensive, and high-risk environment under time pressure / Skilled in written and oral communication / IT flair for banking systems and confident use of MS Office / Languages: German and English.
