Relationship Manager - External Asset Managers (EAM): Serve, develop, and expand the client base, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities Develop and promote wealth management activities to existing clients, positioning the Bank as the “reference bank” for its clients. Maintain contacts with all EAMs/clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Prospect new relations through various sources of leads. Assess EAMs/clients’ potential and needs, regularly obtaining client/prospect references. Ensure contractual documents signed by clients and client files are up-to-date and comply with the Bank’s internal directives. Execute/ address clients’ transactions/instructions/requests correctly and swiftly. Carry out necessary checks and controls before initiating or validating client transactions. Document transactions and client contacts in the Bank’s data systems in accordance with internal directives. Know and apply internal directives, banking laws, regulations, and specific rules. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. SAQ (CWMA, CFA, etc.) or other equivalent certification. Minimum 5 years of experience at the EAM desk of a Swiss Bank. Fluent in German & English. Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication skills with a positive approach. Start: asap This role is 100% located in Zurich. #J-18808-Ljbffr
