Die Scintilla AG ist weltweit verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Fertigung, Marketing und Vertriebskoordination des Zubehörs für Elektrowerkzeuge für Handwerk, Industrie und Heimwerk.

Stellenbeschreibung

Werde Teil unseres Teams und übernimm eine Schlüsselrolle im Bereich Material Compliance. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Prüfung von Konformitätsnachweisen, die Betreuung interner und externer Partner durch Schulungen sowie die Mitwirkung an neuen Projekten.

  • Du stellst die Material Compliance mit unseren Zubehör-Lieferanten sicher und prüfst Konformitätsnachweise inhaltlich und formal.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für interne Einkäufer und externe Lieferanten für sämtliche Fragen der Material Compliance.
  • Du koordinierst den Upload von Nachweisen, unterstützt die Service-Organisation und kümmerst dich um die Pflege unserer Bosch Material Compliance Software.
  • Du führst interne Trainings durch, erstellst die notwendigen Unterlagen und entwickelst die Prozesslandschaft weiter.
  • Du unterstützt bei Produkt-Konformitätsanfragen und bearbeitest Beanstandungen zu Materialzusammensetzungen oder Produktqualität mithilfe von Problemlösetechniken (z. B. 8D-Report).
  • Du bereitest Qualitätsreports vor, analysierst diese und trägst so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.

Ausbildung: Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung und/oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder BWL

Erfahrung und Know-how: Interesse für Materialwirtschaft, insbesondere in den Bereichen Compliance, Technik und Chemie, Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office; SAP und Power BI sind von Vorteil

Arbeitsweise und Persönlichkeit: Digitale Affinität, Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikativ und teamfähig

Sprache: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
