They are redefining congress engagement by creating immersive, human-centered experiences that connect healthcare professionals with cutting-edge solutions.Job DescriptionCoordinate and execute the creative implementation of congress experiences across assigned brands and initiatives.Translate strategy into execution by managing timelines, budgets, and workflows for high-quality delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless coordination.Uphold creative standards and manage content approvals in line with compliance requirements.Drive innovation by leveraging trends in experiential design, digital engagement, and sustainability.Benchmark against competitors and internal best practices to elevate congress experiences.Foster collaboration and alignment across internal and external partners.The Successful Applicant5-8 years of experience in agency, experiential, or exhibition project management; healthcare experience is a plus.Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to execution.Strong understanding of creative workflows, event production, and experiential design principles.Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; able to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative excellence.Knowledge of compliance in regulated industries is an advantage.Curious, collaborative, and motivated to transform how science is experienced.What's on OfferJoin a dynamic Creative Strategy team redefining how healthcare brands engage audiences.
