Manager IT Operational Resilience
Aufgaben- Responsible for the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in collaboration with external third parties from a Procurement perspective.
- Support Procurement in monitoring third party contracts and managing a variety of IT security risks throughout the lifecycle of third party relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure consistent data storage and a holistic security approach, including due diligence and continuous monitoring of the upstream and downstream in the bank supply chain.
- Ensure that third-party risk management is in place for all types of third parties such as suppliers, service providers, etc.
- Responsible for the development and expansion of approved suppliers in cooperation with Procurement as well as the maintenance of customer relationships.
- Close cooperation with Legal & Compliance, keyword data protection.
- Single point of contact for questions regarding risk minimization.
- Responsible for trainings and ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration or business law.
- Knowledge of third-party contracts as well as processes and supply chains of external clients.
- Professional experience in a bank's internal audit or IT audit, risk management, legal, or in a "Big Four" auditing of banks (business or IT).
- Generalist knowledge of contract management.
- Interest in organization and planning.
- Perseverance in initiatives.
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently and reliably.
- Professional communication with various stakeholders at all functional and hierarchical levels.
- Inspiring personality.
- Fluency in German and English.
