Your mission

Your Mission: You will be responsible for the development and upkeep of regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with global standards. Key tasks include:

  1. Develop and execute regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Create, submit, and maintain regulatory documentation, including technical files and submissions required for compliance
  3. Liaise with Research & Development to create and maintain technical files
  4. Liaise with notified bodies, health authorities, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of the organization
  5. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure products adhere to evolving requirements
  6. Ensure alignment of departmental objectives and integration of regulatory requirements into product development through direct interdepartmental communication
  7. Conduct literature reviews and clinical evaluations

Your profile

  1. Educational background in Engineering
  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the field of surgical navigation and/or robotics
  3. Strong understanding of the European and U.S. medical device regulations (knowledge of additional global regulations is a plus)
  4. Exceptional English writing skills—clear, structured, and concise
  5. Proficient in MS Word and other information management tools
