Job Description:Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Zurich?
THE MISSION?
You are the favorite parent of Mama You are the key link between the General Manager and the Human Resources Department located at the group's headquarters. You are in charge of all management and administration of staff within the establishment. You are the HR ambassador for a team of a hundred people, creating a welcoming, quirky, and friendly atmosphere. Our staff must be in good hands with you. You ensure a positive Mama experience for our teams and create a stimulating environment for each employee. You manage Payroll in its entirety and are the direct contact for various organizations. You recruit and support all the department heads in their functions, as well as in their daily management.
