Leonteq is a Swiss fintech company with a leading marketplace for structured investment solutions. Based on proprietary modern technology, the company offers derivative investment products and services and predominantly covers the capital protection, yield enhancement, and participation product classes. Leonteq has an investment grade rating from the rating agencies Fitch Ratings Ltd. and Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd., who have evaluated and assigned ratings to Leonteq AG and Leonteq Securities AG, respectively. Furthermore, Leonteq has ESG ratings from both MSCI as well as Sustainalytics.
Leonteq is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: LEON) and is a securities firm regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Authority FINMA and is a member of the Swiss Structured Product Association.

What you'll do
- Key account manager and main contact for large national and international investment and private banks.
- Prepare and join C-level discussions with partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic cross-functional projects to deliver solutions tailored to partners' needs.
- Own and drive the integration strategy; design and implement a long-term operating model and achieve the required scalability and flexibility across existing and new partners.
- Develop relationships with key business decision-makers.
- Run acquisition efforts with prospects.
What you'll need
- Broad understanding of the value chain of Structured Product manufacturing.
- Relationship and project management experience.
- Degree in Economics or Finance.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify and present complex ideas.
- Analytical, logical, and commercial mindset.
- Self-starter, autonomous, and proactive team member.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Front Office function within Structured Products business is considered a plus.
- Ability to design solutions after gathering business requirements.
- Persistence, ability to maintain continuity on project's momentum.
- A desire to learn and innovate.
