We are supporting them in building additional TA capabilities ASAP for at least 6-12 months.Job DescriptionManage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles including Innovation, Design, Product, and Technology, across all levelsCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment approachesBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needsUse data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment processesLeverage the full TA tech stack (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday, Gem) to drive efficiency and transparencyRepresent the brand externally through events, professional networks, and talent community engagementSupport broader talent initiatives including diversity, equity & inclusion, process optimization, and hiring manager enablementThe Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in-house and within innovation, design, product, or tech-related environmentsStrong track record of hiring across a range of functions and levels, including leadership rolesAbility to think out of the box to identify the right talentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data and insightsFamiliarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment toolsComfortable working in agile, high-growth environmentsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWhat's on OfferQuick start, be part of a dynamic and fasts paced environmentInnovative and international work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
