Die SKAN legt grossen Wert auf gesundes Wachstum. Für unser Mechanical Assembly Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Abteilungsleiter. Das Team ist verantwortlich für die interne Montage sowie externe Installation unserer Isolatoren bei Kunden weltweit. Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein, eine effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige sowie kosten- und termingerechte Abwicklung sicherzustellen.
Regelmässige Abstimmungen und Besprechungen sind uns wichtig, um die ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer internen Prozesse voranzutreiben. Wir legen grossen Wert auf Innovation und Optimierung, um den hohen Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden und unsere Marktposition weiter auszubauen.

Aufgaben
  • Leitung des Montageleiter Teams (ca. 15 Mitarbeitende)
  • Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung
  • Realisierung der internen Montage und externen Installation unserer Isolatoren bei Kunden weltweit
  • Sicherstellen einer effizienten, qualitativen und kosten- sowie termingerechten Projektabwicklung
  • Ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der internen Prozesse
  • Persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Enger Austausch und abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Strategie und Zukunftsplanung des Bereiches
  • Verantwortlich für die Sicherheit der Mitarbeitenden
Minimum Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Führen mit Kennzahlen (KPI)
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-Management
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Koordinationsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung; lösungsorientiert
  • Schaffen von nachhaltigen Beziehungen, über die Abteilungsgrenzen hinaus
  • Bereitschaft zur weltweiten Reisetätigkeit ca. 10%
  • Antrieb zur eigenen Weiterbildung und Verbesserung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Montageeinheiten in Deutschland, USA und Japan
