**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management of the Lifecycle Spare Parts and Obsolete Management department.
- Personnel and technical management and recruitment of new employees
- Processing customer enquiries
- Preparation of quotations and sales documents
- Responsible within the department for quality in the area of spare parts and obsolete management
- Developing the global obsolete management and spare parts strategy
- Close cooperation with the relevant departments of the SKAN Group
- Responsible for resource and budget planning
- Responsible for budget compliance
- Active cooperation with our customers to win future projects
- Proactive development of our processes and the whole department

Hardskills
- Completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation (FH/university).
- Initial experience in a GMP environment, in the field of isolators or in a regulated industry
- Several years of professional and management experience
- Familiar with complex supply chain & logistics topics
- Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP
- Fluent in German and English

- Willingness to travel worldwide approx. 5% of the time
