Job Description:About the role
For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in order to strengthen their growing team. You will have the opportunity to join an international environment with a diverse and talented group of people. Job duties
- Efficiently handle customers‘ inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues, and any complaints, as well as to carry out customer follow-up.
- Professionally answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at service support levels.
- Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools.
- Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Central File.
We are looking for
- CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education.
- A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted).
- Languages: French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic).
- Excellent customer service skills, service-oriented, client-oriented, and networked.
- Strong interest in trading and stock markets.
- Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency.
- Personality: empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic, and stress-resistant.
- Swiss-residency or willing to relocate immediately.
