Das kannst du bewirken In dieser spannenden Funktion übernimmst du die Fachverantwortung für den Betrieb unserer KI- und Automationsprodukte im Contact Center und stellst deren Qualität sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicher. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI-Modelle wie Chatbots, Voicebots oder E‑Mail-Automationen kontinuierlich trainiert und optimiert werden, unterhöhst so deren Leistungsfähigkeit. Du stellst eine konsistente, qualitativ hochwertige Dialogführung über alle Kanäle hinweg sicher. Durch fundierte Business Cases zeigst du auf, welches Potenzial in neuen Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten steckt und bewertest deren wirtschaftlichen Nutzen.

Gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern analysierst du Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst innovative Einsatzmöglichkeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz, konzipierst neue Use Cases und setzt sie end‑to‑end zusammen mit dem Contact Center, der Entwicklung und UX erfolgreich um. Du holst fachliche Anforderungen bei den Stakeholdern ab, analysierst und strukturierst sie und übersetzt sie in klare, umsetzbare technische Spezifikationen für das Entwicklungsteam. Nutzungsdaten, Kundenfeedback und KPIs werden von dir analysiert, um basierend darauf die Dialogabläufe im Bereich Conversational AI gezielt zu optimieren und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen sicher, verantwortungsvoll und kundenorientiert eingesetzt werden. Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über eine höhere Fachausbildung (HF, FH, Uni) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data & AI oder eine gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.

Dank deiner Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI‑gestützten, automatisierten Kunden‑Dialogen bringst du fundiertes Know‑how in Technologien wie Generative KI, LLMs, NLP, APIs und Cloud‑Ökosystemen mit. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse, insbesondere im Anforderungsmanagement, in der Prozessanalyse und im Stakeholder‑management sowie in der Spezifikation von digitalen sowie datengetriebenen Lösungen. Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse, etwa bei der Auswertung von Chatlogs und KPIs, bringst du überzeugend ein. Du arbeitest gerne mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder SAFe und kannst Anforderungen strukturiert dokumentieren und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln.

Dir gelingt es, Nutzerbedürfnisse schnell zu erkennen, empathisch zu kommunizieren und dabei Innovationsfreude, Technologieinteresse sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise einzubringen. Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache.
