Opportunity We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who is passionate about building real‑world machine learning and AI applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities in a large‑scale consulting environment. Key Responsibilities AI Solution Development: Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases Model Deployment & MLOps: Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) Performance Monitoring: Help implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long‑term reliability and fairness Code Quality & Reusability: Write clean, modular, and production‑grade code; contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements Exploration & Prototyping: Participate in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value Requirements Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, RAG systems and AI Agents Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model monitoring Enthusiasm for solving real‑world problems using AI technologies Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is preferred, especially in business or consulting contexts As an AI Engineer, you will play an essential role in transforming business needs into scalable AI solutions. You will help bridge the gap between prototyping and production, ensuring that machine learning systems are efficient, maintainable, and deliver long‑term business value. Your contributions will directly support the AI vision and strategic priorities of the firm and its clients.
