Senior ML EngineerAbout the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior ML Engineer with deep expertise in LLMs. If you're someone who is passionate about designing and optimizing advanced model architectures, implementing efficient training pipelines, and building robust inference infrastructure, we want you on our team.

You'll be working primarily on cutting-edge LLM applications that require both technical excellence and innovative thinking.

What You'll Do

  • LLM Model Architecture:
    Design and implement advanced large language model architectures, focusing on optimizing for both performance and parameter efficiency. Experience with LoRA and GRPO training.
  • Multi-GPU Training:
    Develop distributed training pipelines for LLMs that efficiently utilize multiple GPUs to accelerate training across billions of parameters.
  • LLM Serving Infrastructure:
    Build robust FastAPI backends optimized for LLM inference, with support for batching, caching, and low-latency responses.
  • Production LLM Deployment:
    Create scalable deployment solutions for language models in production environments, ensuring reliability and cost-effective inference. This is super important.
  • LLMOps Excellence:
    Implement best practices for model monitoring, evaluation, versioning, and continuous fine-tuning of language models in production.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    3–8 years in machine learning engineering, with strong expertise in developing and deploying large language models and distributed systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in PyTorch, distributed training frameworks, and experience with model optimization techniques.
  • LLM Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of transformer architectures, training methodologies, and fine-tuning approaches for large language models.
  • Infrastructure Experience:
    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, containerization, and scalable inference systems for AI models.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
