Description du poste Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Manager HSE pour un chantier à Genève, avec une spécialisation dans le bâtiment et la construction. Nous vous offrons : un poste qualifié avec des conditions de rémunération attractives, des responsabilités importantes, et sur un site institutionnel. Vos tâches Définir, mettre en ?uvre et faire évoluer la politique et le système de management HSE du chantier, en conformité avec la législation suisse et les exigences internes. Réaliser l'analyse des risques professionnels (SUVA) et environnementaux, et veiller à l'actualisation des plans de prévention (PPSPS). Assurer la coordination sécurité entre les différentes entreprises intervenantes et sous-traitants, y compris la tenue des réunions et la vérification des accréditations. Organiser et animer des sessions de formation et des "Quart d'Heure Sécurité" pour le personnel du chantier afin de développer la culture de la prévention. Effectuer des inspections régulières du site, identifier les non-conformités, et suivre la mise en ?uvre des actions correctives et préventives. Établir les rapports d'incidents, d'accidents (y compris l'analyse des causes), et les bilans HSE périodiques à destination de la Direction. Veiller au respect des normes environnementales, notamment la gestion des déchets de chantier et le suivi des autorisations. Qualifikationen Votre profil : Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou formation équivalente, complété idéalement par une qualification reconnue en Suisse (Spécialiste de la Sécurité au Travail (MSST) ou formation équivalente). Expérience : Réussie en gestion HSE, dont une expérience significative sur des grands chantiers de construction ou des sites industriels complexes. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise approfondie de la législation suisse en matière d'Hygiène, de Sécurité au Travail et d'Environnement (LAA, OPA, OLT, etc.) et des normes de la SUVA. Qualités personnelles : Excellent leadership, sens aigu de la communication et de la négociation, capacité à fédérer et à faire appliquer les règles avec pédagogie et rigueur. Langues : Français courant/maternel indispensable (langue de travail), maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'allemand est un atout. Informatique : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion HSE. Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable. Ce poste vous correspond ?
