Watches and Wonders Geneva réunit aujourd'hui les plus grands acteurs de l'horlogerie mondiale.

Stagiaire / Junior Security Coordinator
Dans le cadre de l'organisation de l'événement Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, nous recherchons un·e Stagiaire / Junior Security Coordinator pour renforcer l'équipe Opérations.
La personne intégrera l'équipe des Opérations (sécurité, technique, logistique, relations marques, etc.) et participera à l'organisation et au déploiement du dispositif de sécurité du Salon, sous la responsabilité directe du HSE & Security Manager et de son équipe.

À noter : le lieu de travail sera déplacé à Palexpo en amont et pendant le Salon.
Missions principales
• Participer à l'organisation opérationnelle globale de Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026
• Contribuer à la réflexion et à la mise en place des concepts de sécurité autour de l'événement à Palexpo
• Collaborer avec l'ensemble des acteurs sécurité (Palexpo, marques, autorités, prestataires) pour assurer la cohérence du dispositif
• Assurer le suivi opérationnel des prestataires sécurité (agents, matériel, équipements) avant et pendant le Salon
• Participer à la gestion et au suivi du concept de protection incendie et des procédures d'évacuation : organisation des séances de travail et des formations (distanciel et présentiel), coordination du fournisseur
• Contribuer à la revue et à la mise à jour de l'ensemble des consignes de sécurité du Salon
• Rédiger des procédures, présentations et rapports à usage interne et destinés aux marques
• Participer aux présentations liées à la sécurité : aide à la rédaction des supports, gestion des invitations et participation aux sessions
• Gérer les outils de communication sécurité (Signal, templates d'e-mails, etc.)
Présence sur site pendant l'événement
• Être présent·e sur site durant l'événement (début avril) pour l'appui logistique et opérationnel : présence au poste de commandement de 13h00 à 22h00, participation aux exercices et briefings sécurité, rédaction de rapports et suivi des fournisseurs
Expérience / compétences requises:
Savoir-faire
• Français et anglais courants
• Maîtrise des outils web et de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solide intérêt pour les enjeux HSE / sécurité ; une formation ou des études en lien avec le poste constituent un atout
Savoir-être
• Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et attention au détail
• Aisance relationnelle et bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
• Calme, fiabilité et bonne gestion du stress
• Capacité à planifier, coordonner et prioriser
• Esprit d'équipe, écoute active et sens de la communication
