As a Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice, you will help and support challenging transformation in WAM, BCM and insurance initiatives and design, plan and deliver solutions for our clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPursuing exciting business-led, tech-enabledtransformation initiatives across the Financial Services sectorCollaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shape ideas, design solutions and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in business performanceApplying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical mannerLeveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goalsDeveloping your skills, through on-the-job client experience as well as internal training opportunitiesFacilitating internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessionsSupporting go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clientsSkills And Attributes For SuccessExcellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciencesStrong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sectorExperience in team-based projects (either at university or internships)A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashionStrong presentation skills and a highly client-oriented attitudeStrong team player, willing to proactively support solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographiesFluency in English and German is mandatory, Swiss German and any other language is a plus.Ideally you will also have:Initial work experience in consulting and / or Financial Services (e.g., internships, working student, entry-level position)Experience and /or interest in TOM (target operating model) design and process improvementsExperience and /or interest in Agile and Design Thinking methodologiesExperience and /or interest in ESGFurthermore, we offer attractive benefits to our employees, included but not limited to the following:Further education: At EY, you have the possibility to earn an accredited Masters in Sustainability, an accredited Masters in Business Analytics or an accredited MBA (EY Tech MBA) from the Hult International Business School, free of charge*.
