As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll work on strategic transformation programs for clients in Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management. You’ll help organizations adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and improve their business and technology processes.This role is ideal for graduates and professionals with up to 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or financial services, including those with limited exposure to regulatory transformation but a strong interest in learning and growing in this area.Your key responsibilitiesSupport or lead transformation projects related to regulatory change, operational improvement, or compliance for local and global operating financial services organizations in SwitzerlandHelp translate regulatory requirements into practical business and technology solutionsAnalyze organizational structures, processes and data to identify optimization levers to develop a sustainable and regulatory compliant operating modelCollaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, finance, and IT to gather and document business needsContribute to the design and implementation of target operating models and process improvementsApply EY methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project deliveryPresent findings and recommendations to client stakeholders in a clear and structured waySupport business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentationsSkills and attributes for successUniversity or university of applied sciences degree in business management, (business) IT, economics or related field; Master’s degree is a plusExperience or a strong interest in consulting, financial services organizations, financial regulatory and project management, and a willingness to develop expertise in this areaStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully in multidisciplinary teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in analyzing business requirements and working on implementation projects is a plusFluency in English; C1 level in German, Swiss German or other languages is a plusWhat we offerEY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
