Head of BIM Production & Development Western Europe (H/F/X) 100%

Dans ce rôle, vous rapportez à la Directrice de l’Innovation et du Digital pour l’Europe Occidentale et vous rejoignez une petite équipe pluridisciplinaire, transversale, composée de spécialistes Microsoft, Data, BIM et de développement applicatifs. Vous êtes la personne de référence dans l’organisation pour développer et mettre en œuvre notre stratégie et plan d’actions BIM, et vous êtes garant de la qualité de la production BIM dans les projets de nos clients. Vous rayonnez les valeurs fondamentales de notre entreprise : passion pour les projets complexes et de grande envergure, esprit d'innovation, collaboration.

VOTRE NOUVEAU RÔLE :

• Élaborer la stratégie BIM de l’organisation, ainsi que celle de la gestion de l'information correspondante. S’assurer que cette stratégie intègre les nouvelles technologies d’automatisation et d’intelligence artificielle.

• Coordonner le plan d’actions BIM correspondant avec le support des BIM Managers de nos branches sectorielles en Europe Occidentale.

• Diriger le comité de pilotage du BIM pour WSP en Europe occidentale réunissant les BIM Managers de nos branches sectorielles, et rapporter au comité de pilotage digital de WSP en Europe Occidentale.

• Assurer la mise en place consistante de processus et de standards BIM au sein de nos branches, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques en matière d’utilisation des méthodes et des outils BIM, en vous appuyant sur une gouvernance appropriée.

• Garantir le suivi de la qualité de production BIM des projets de nos clients, et intervenir en tant que BIM Manager des grands projets.

• Gérer un ou plusieurs projets de développement, issus du plan d’actions BIM, permettant à l’organisation de rester à la pointe du BIM, d’améliorer notre productivité et notre excellence opérationnelle.

• Contribuer à la diffusion des connaissances BIM et de gestion de l'information correspondante.

• Soutenir la mise en place de formation interne.

• Participer activement aux conférences et assurer une veille technologique / marché BIM.

• Représente l’entreprise dans différentes associations et groupes de travail.

Vous êtes une personne passionnée ayant une connaissance approfondie de la norme ISO 19650 et des processus BIM, et vous disposez d'une expérience prouvée dans la gestion du changement organisationnel ? Vous vous intéressez à l’augmentation de la productivité via l’automatisation et l’intelligence artificielle dans les écosystèmes BIM, et vous êtes moteurs dans le développement de nouveaux services innovants ? Qualifications attendues :

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 / Master
  • Plus de 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du BIM
  • Expérience de management d’équipe et de collaboration en mode matriciel/transversal
  • Solides capacités analytiques et conceptuelles
  • Aisance relationnelle : capacité à communiquer et à convaincre l’auditoire, capacité à interagir avec des comités de direction et à comprendre leur besoins
  • Maitrise de l’anglais, du français et de l’allemand indispensable
