Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: CHE - Neuchâtel

Tâches principales

Le technicien de production a pour objectif principal de réaliser les activités liées au processus de fabrication d’une substance pharmaceutique active. Il doit être capable de :

  1. Respecter les normes cGMP, BDP et EHS
  2. Réaliser les activités process de routine et hors routine (complétion planning)
  3. Remonter les problématiques techniques et/ou organisationnelles
  4. Assurer le partage de connaissance avec les collègues
  5. Proposer des idées d’amélioration continues
  6. Assurer le maintien de l'état des zones de production
Responsabilités
  1. Responsable de respecter les normes cGMP, BDP et EHS
  2. Responsable du suivi de sa formation
  3. Responsable de la bonne exécution de son travail
  4. Responsable de remonter les problèmes rencontrés
  5. Être à 100% autonome sur les activités de sa zone de travail
  6. Etre impliqué dans l’amélioration continue
  7. Respect et application des leaderships behaviors
  8. Respect des processus organisationnels
Exigences en matière d'éducation et d'expérience
  1. BAC + 2 (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) ou équivalent
  2. Bonnes connaissances dans un des procédés suivants : culture cellulaire et/ou purification de protéines, activités de support process sur une ligne de production
  3. Idéalement CFC de technologue en production chimique et pharmaceutique ou diplôme équivalent
  4. Idéalement, une première expérience réussie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire ou chimique.
  5. Connaissance des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP)
  6. Connaissance de l’environnement de travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée
  7. Connaissances des logiciels du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PWP)
  8. Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français (niveau minimum B2)
