Manufacturing Technician, Neuchâtel

Le/La technicien.ne de production a pour objectif principal de réaliser les activités liées au processus de fabrication d’une substance pharmaceutique active.
Vous êtes responsable de respecter les normes cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) et EHS (Environment, Health, Safety).
Vous réalisez les activités process de routine et quelques activités hors routine.
Vous êtes responsable de remonter les problématiques techniques et/ou organisationnelles, de votre formation, et de la bonne exécution de votre travail.
Vous êtes impliqué dans la proposition d’idées d’améliorations continues et assurez le partage de connaissances avec les collègues.
Ce que vous apportez à Takeda :
BAC + 2 ou CFC (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) ou équivalent.
Bonnes connaissances dans l’un des procédés suivants: culture cellulaire et/ou purification de protéines, activités de support process sur une ligne de production.
Idéalement CFC de technologue en production chimique et pharmaceutique ou diplôme équivalent, ainsi qu'une première expérience réussie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, agro-alimentaire ou chimique.
Connaissances des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP) et de l’environnement de travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée.
Connaissances des logiciels du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word) et bonne communication verbale et écrite en français (niveau minimum B2).
Avoir un fort esprit d’équipe et de partage, disponibilité, flexibilité, sens de l’organisation, caractère dynamique et volontaire.
