We excel in combining financial domain expertise with design and technical know-how to create products and services.
To accelerate our next growth phase, we're seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager who will:
- Drive our platform sales (top priority) and services sales.
- Leverage a strong network in Switzerland, Singapore, and international markets with banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
- Bring your investor relations experience to support future fundraising efforts.

What we need from you:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proven sales experience in FinTech startups or selling software products and services for wealth management or financial institutions.
- Deep connections with decision-makers in banking, wealth management, and family offices across Switzerland, Singapore, and beyond.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, create compelling sales collateral and drive business development with creativity and execution.
- Knowledge of the financial sector, with a preference for wealth management, digital solutions, and financial software platforms.
- Experience and connections to attract funding of strategic investors or VCs.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German, other languages are a plus.
What you will be doing:
- Drive sales of our platform and software development services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with wealth managers, family offices, and financial institutions.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by leveraging your network and investor relations expertise.
- Collaborate with our talented team of designers, engineers, and financial experts to refine our products and services.
- Represent Fintama at industry events and conferences to expand our reach.
