Im Trainee Programm bilden wir dich zum Assistenten, also zur rechten Hand des Restaurant Managers, aus. In dieser Funktion trägst du die operative Verantwortung im Restaurantalltag. Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Leiten eines Teams und führst deine Crew mit viel Elan, denn Teamwork ist für dich ausschlaggebend für den Erfolg. Auch in hektischen Zeiten behältst du einen kühlen Kopf und unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden, indem du überall im Restaurant mit anpackst. Du sorgst dich als zuvorkommende/r Gastgeber/in um das Wohl unserer Gäste sowie um die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards. Du möchtest dich beruflich und persönlich weiterentwickeln und bei McDonald’s Schweiz deine Führungsqualitäten stärker ausbauen. Dann freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen

Aufgabenbereich:

  • die Führung einer Arbeitsschicht im Restaurant;
  • die Unterstützung der Crew in der Küche oder an der Kasse;
  • das Erstellen von Arbeitsplänen und Monatsabschlüssen;
  • das Bestellwesen rund um unsere Produkte;
  • die Einführung und die Schulung von neuen Mitarbeitenden.
