AsSenior Avaloq Developer Paymentsat Bank J. Safra Sarasin you area key contributor to the design and optimization of Avaloq payment workflows and interfacesand provideexpert guidance on payment integration, system customization, and best practices across the full transaction lifecycle.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain payment functionalities within our core banking system AvaloqDevelop and maintain interfaces between Avaloq and external payment systems, including anti-fraud screening systems and the Finastra payment gatewayCustomize and extend standard modules for various payment systems and networks (e.g. SIC, SEPA, SWIFT (MT/MX formats, ISO20022), TARGET2/TIPS) to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to technical standardsFoster strong relationships with internal and external counterparties to ensure seamless communication and issue resolutionTroubleshoot and resolve production payment issues, providing expert-level support to operations and service teams as neededSupport testing campaigns and production rolloutsDrive innovation and efficiency by integrating modern technologies, such as containerization, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, to enhance the payments domain\'s scalability, security, and performanceCollaborate with Avaloq developers toimprove systems and processes continuously, promoting best practices and high-quality deliveryYour ProfileHigher education (university / FH) inComputer Science/Business Informatics or a comparable qualificationAdditional training inAvaloq Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus5 years of practical experience in the field ofAvaloq developmentFirst relevant work experience inthe payments domainKnowledge inAvaloq is requiredStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to weigh problems, set priorities and ability to work with various stakeholderHands-on mentalityStrong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountabilityWillingness to take responsibilityFluency in English; fluency in German is a plusEntrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bankCentral city office locations across SwitzerlandAbove average insurance coverage fully borne by the bankContribution to health insurance and meal allowanceGlobal growth strategy and stable environmentCompetitive offeringAbout usAs a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.Our success depends on the enthusiasm and commitment of our employees and we value each person with their unique technical expertise, professional qualifications and social skills.We are successfully operating for more than 180 years across 30 locations worldwide and offer our employees the chance to be a part of our success.Our employees are our most valuable asset, we are proud of our unique culture that fosters entrepreneurship and is fueled by a high team spirit andthe positive attitude of each individual.
