Die Schweizerische Pädiatrische Onkologie Gruppe (www.spog.ch) ist das pädiatrische Krebsforschungsnetzwerk der Schweiz und beschäftigt ein Team von 18 Personen in der zentralen Geschäftsstelle in Bern. Gemäss unserer Vision „Damit krebskranke Kinder eine Zukunft haben“ forschen wir seit 1976 als Non-Profit-Organisation, um die Überlebenschancen und die Lebensqualität für krebskranke Kinder und Jugendliche zu verbessern. Ihre Funktion – Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich Clinical Project Management
Projektmanagement eines zugeteilten Portfolios bestehend aus klinischen Studien und Forschungsprojekten:
- Effiziente Planung und Koordination der Arbeiten an vielfältigen Studiendossiers in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitgliedskliniken und internationalen Studienzentralen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Studienunterlagen für die behördliche Bewilligung klinischer Studien und Forschungsprojekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Quality Management
Ihr Profil – zielorientierte, kompetente Fachperson
- Sie haben ein Studium abgeschlossen im Bereich Medizinalberufe oder Naturwissenschaften (oder bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in klinischer Forschung mit)
- Sie bringen Fachkenntnisse und erste Erfahrung im Bereich der klinischen Forschung mit, wenn möglich im Projektmanagement
- Sie sind analytisch gewandt und handeln lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Flair für Kommunikation und kommunizieren gerne komplexe Sachverhalte an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt, gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
- Sie haben eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und bewahren auch in hektischen Situationen Ruhe und Überblick
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse und allgemeine Gewandtheit im Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmedien erleichtern Ihnen die Arbeit
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
