erfolgversprechender Medikamente in präklinischer und klinischer Entwicklung sowie eigener
Reinraum-Produktion. Die Pipeline basiert auf einem firmeneigenen liposomalen Transportsystem
und umfasst insbesondere Anwendungen in den Bereichen Onkologie (schonende Chemotherapie)
und Neurologie (neuer Ansatz zur Behandlung der Parkinson-Erkrankung).

Team mit Arbeitsort Bern eine/n

**Clinical Trial Manager**

Im Zentrum Ihrer Tätigkeit steht die klinische Entwicklung von InnoMedicas Produkten mit dem Ziel,
innovative Medikamente in klinischen Studien an Patienten anwenden zu können und letztlich auf
den Markt zu bringen. Ihr Fokus als Clinical Trial Manager liegt auf der Durchführung von klinischen
Studien in der Onkologie und auf der Koordination aller beteiligten Arbeitsbereiche. Gemeinsam
mit dem Clinical Trial Team erstellen Sie die nötigen Studiendokumente, holen Bewilligungen ein
und stehen in engem Kontakt mit den Studienzentren. Dabei behalten Sie die Übersicht über die
Ressourcen, das Budget und die Timelines. Weiter unterstützen Sie das Produkt-Marketing und
pflegen Kontakte zu Fachleuten und Key Opinion Leaders. Dank einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit
anderen internen Bereichen wie Regulatory Affairs, GMP Manufacturing und Finanzen erhalten Sie
Einblick in zahlreiche Firmenaktivitäten.

Als Voraussetzung für diese vielseitige Stelle mit grossem Entwicklungspotential erwarten wir eine
abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus den Bereichen Medizin, Biologie, Biochemie, Pharmazie oder einem
ähnlichen Fachgebiet. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Bereich klinische Forschung und Good
Clinical Practice (GCP) mit oder sind motiviert, in der klinischen Forschung Fuss zu fassen. Sie
verfügen über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sind schreibgewandt in Englisch und
verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse. Sie verstehen es, in komplexen Projekten zuverlässig den
Überblick zu behalten und erledigen auch administrative Aufgaben gewissenhaft. Sie arbeiten
selbständig, zeigen Initiative, bringen eine grosse Lernbereitschaft mit und verstehen es, sich in die
Dynamik eines Startups einzubringen.
