This is what we and our three successful brands JOOP, Strellson, and Windsor stand for.We are headquartered in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, and are looking for aIn this demanding and varied role, you will be responsible for designing, creatively developing, and managing content for the online shops of all HOLY FASHION GROUP brands. You will serve as the main contact for the relevant brand, providing advice and support in developing and testing online marketing branding campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee CRM activities for all brands and expand the consumer dialogue area, acting as a cross-sector competence center for multichannel activities (newsletters, direct mailshots). You will update e-commerce content via the CMS system and continuously optimize it. Your role also involves close coordination with agencies and internal teams to optimize processes and projects continually.Required experience and skills:A completed degree in economics, media studies, communication design, or comparable trainingAt least 3 years of relevant experience in brand communication, dialogue marketing, or traditional advertising, preferably in a design agency or e-commerce environmentGood knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of usability and UX principles, or experience in prepress and print productionStrong conceptual and graphic skills with a keen sense of design and brand managementExcellent written and spoken English skillsProficiency in common design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS systems)Analytical thinking, structured and independent work style, high organizational skills, and assertivenessTeamwork skills, good communication, and enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and digital trendsWe value our employees as essential to our success and support their social and physical well-being.
