The team you’ll be working with:

You will join Randstad Sourceright and provide dedicated Senior Operational Management within one of our clients in the pharma industry. The team is located across Switzerland and is in growth mode.

Location: Basel - weekly at least 2-3 visits to the client office based in Basel.

Language expectations: Business proficiency in English and either French or German.

You, as a Senior Operations Manager: You will be responsible for providing the client with a specialist RPO & MSP / ‘total talent’ solution based on their bespoke service offering as per the client contract. Manage and control all aspects of recruitment within the designated business areas of the client company. Liaising and interfacing with Hiring Managers and key external and internal stakeholders to add value to the recruitment process and managing an onsite/remote Recruitment Delivery Team.
