Job Opportunity: Property Management Clerk

Are you an experienced property management professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you in Neuchâtel

Start Date: We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but we are flexible and can accommodate a start date in February or March.

Workload: We are ideally looking for someone to work at 60%, but 80% is also possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general property administration tasks
  • Handle the telephone switchboard
  • Draw up and activate rental agreements
  • Select and screen applicants
  • Advertise and let properties
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Prepare final invoices
  • Close rent deposits
  • Allocate invoices to accounts

Language Skills: Proficiency in French is required.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • Familiarity with GARAIO REM software is a must

Other Requirements: This is an onsite role, so you will need to be present at our Neuchâtel office.
