About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Growth Officer to drive our expansion strategy at Preciflex SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact business opportunities and forging strategic alliances to expand our presence in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market acquisition strategy based on a deep understanding of the target industry, leveraging industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Drive customer acquisition and sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from initial contact through the product lifecycle.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts that align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into R&D and product development.
  • Lead marketing, communication, and event activities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly valued, especially for candidates with an engineering background who have transitioned into business development roles.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a small company or startup environment.
  • Extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the medical device sector; familiarity with watchmaking and luxury industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting partnerships.
  • Hands-on leadership style, capable of driving strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
