For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH) we are looking for a:

Facilities Assistant - Events

Your main tasks:

  1. Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional appearance throughout the day.
  2. Maintain general office equipment and consumables (such as stationery), replenish with adequate supplies.
  3. You own the appearance of your space ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times, maintaining it with daily checks and building walks.
  4. Maintain and manage on-site storage space.
  5. Assist with Receptionist covers and Administrative duties.
  6. Follow all company guidelines and complete internal documentation as required.
  7. Execute interoffice transports with the company provided vehicles.
  8. Driving license required for intercampus moves.

Your profile:

  1. Fluency in written and spoken English language.
  2. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Displays proactive day-to-day problem solving, with ownership and pride.
  4. A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs.
  5. Experienced working in the service industry in a customer-facing role.
  6. Strong technical skills required (handyman tasks).
  7. Basic understanding of planning and managing smaller projects.
  8. A basic understanding of good health & safety practices, engages in Health & Safety culture.
