The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a (Swiss-) German speaking Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland to manage a mixed account set. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix’s Products and Solutions directly to large Enterprise customers and prospects. You will also be working closely with Presales Engineers and the extended account team.

Sales at Nutanix

Our sales teams at Nutanix have a keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your existing customers. Nutanix provides unrivaled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals.

Your Role

  1. You will own and orchestrate the entire sales process from leads to POs.
  2. Utilize a consultative sales approach, discuss business issues and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their customer needs.
  3. Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
  4. You will develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  5. Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
  6. Recommend and build marketing strategies.
  7. Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
  8. Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
  9. Identify Nutanix customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
  10. Provide product feedback back to engineering to improve Nutanix complete block solutions.

What You Will Bring

  1. A strong sales personality with a proven track record of selling successfully to large enterprise customers in Switzerland for more than 10 years.
  2. We are looking for someone with experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services.
  3. Industry experience in either FSI, Healthcare or Public Sector is a plus.
  4. Ability to connect the dots between a modern infrastructure and the customer’s business.
  5. Native/bilingual German-speaker and business fluent in English required; French language skills is a plus.
