We are in search of a Massage Therapist to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. About the role

Massage warmth and positivity through guests as our new Massage Therapist by providing the highest standards of Massage Therapy relaxation treatments and recommendations for home care.

What will you be doing?

1. Provide the very highest quality in terms of treatments and professional concept.
2. Work as part of the Well Spa team to consistently provide exceedingly high levels of treatments to our Guests, creating a wonderful, nurturing, safe environment for relaxation and well-being.
3. Manage time effectively to begin and end treatments in appropriate timing standards set forth by Well Spa.
4. Maintain a clean, safe Spa in which state standards of sanitation are to be in effect at all times.
5. Re-stock rooms with appropriate numbers of linens and products for the following day.
6. Speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
7. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Be flexible and cooperative with all Associates of Well Spa and The Hotel.
9. Attend monthly staff meetings.
10. Ensure privacy and confidentiality of each and every Guest.
11. Maintain and update all necessary records for each Spa and Salon Guest to meet high performance standards set forth by Well Spa.
12. Utilize sales skills to accurately recommend products to Guests and sell efficiently all lines carried by Well Spa and Janice Salon.
13. Attend trainings for product knowledge and service training provided by Well Spa.
14. Maintain a professional image while at work.
15. Cooperate with the management team at all times.
16. Perform Opening and Closing procedures as directed by the Lead Massage Therapist and Spa Director.
17. Keep room stations neat and tidy, even during busy times.
18. Assist with housekeeping duties of the Treatment rooms and the adjacent bathroom.
19. Help manage inventory levels to ensure stock levels are appropriate.
20. Fill out a prescription card for each Guest to recommend products and create service repeats.
21. Strive to match 50% Service to Product dollars in each transaction with each Guest.
22. Be responsible for Room turnovers and set-ups at all times.

What do you bring to the role?

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Current Massage Therapist license in the State of Wisconsin.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Massage Therapy.
4. Proven Sales and Recommendation background.
5. Willingness to attend ongoing education.
6. Friendly, congenial personality and professional attitude towards all associates.
