At RITUAL MASSAGE SARL, we are seeking a skilled Thai massage therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an expert in authentic Thai therapeutic massage, you will be responsible for providing top-level treatments to our clients, adhering to the quality standards and excellence that our salons are renowned for.

About the Role
  • Provide Thai therapeutic massage treatments using traditional techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and promote general relaxation.

You will assess client needs before each session, proposing a personalized treatment based on their specific requirements. This may involve discussing health issues, identifying areas of tension, and recommending appropriate massage techniques.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.

You will work closely with your colleagues to continuously improve our services, participating in training, learning new massage techniques, and contributing to the enhancement of the overall client experience.

  • Educate clients about the benefits of Thai massage for health and wellness, advising on stretches to practice at home, the importance of relaxation and stress management, and other health-related aspects.

The ideal candidate is a passionate professional committed to their craft, eager to share their expertise with our clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Requirements
  • Citizen of a European Union country or member of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, due to work permit restrictions.

A degree in Thai therapeutic massage from a recognized institution or at least 5 years of professional experience in giving authentic Thai massage is required. Experience in a high-end spa or salon environment is highly valued.

  • An acceptable level of French or English language skills is necessary; however, language training can be provided to enhance proficiency if needed.

Knowledge of a third language would be a significant asset, as linguistic and cultural diversity is valued at our establishment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
