Afin de renforcer notre équipe Regulatory & Compliance dans le secteur financier à Genève, nous recherchons un collaborateur expérimenté dans le domaine règlementaire avec un fort accent en matière de lutte contre la criminalité économique et la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent.

  • Participer activement à l'activité de conseil à notre clientèle composée de banques, assurances, sociétés de type " asset management ", autres intermédiaires financiers en Suisse romande sur des sujets compliance complexes et variés comme la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, le respect des sanctions internationales et autres règles prudentielles.
  • Soutenir nos clients dans l'application des réglementations et dans la prévention des risques de violations des règles, de fraudes, de blanchiment d'argent ou d'autres comportements illégaux et contraires à l'éthique.
  • Mener des investigations diverses, notamment en matière de blanchiment d'argent et de compliance bancaire et revoir des comptes de clients, des transactions insolites, ou des documents bancaires.
  • Revoir / écrire les processus et directives internes en matière règlementaire et améliorer les systèmes de contrôle interne en la matière.
  • Aider à la direction des équipes et des mandats chez des clients (contact avec le client, planification, formation et gestion des ressources, direction des travaux, rapports réguliers au client, gestion du budget).
  • Participer à la veille réglementaire.

Voici ce qui fait ta réussite :

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bachelor ou Master avec une orientation droit, finance ou économie (HEC, HEG ou équivalent). L'obtention du diplôme CAS - Compliance Management et/ou du brevet d'avocat est un atout.
  • 3 ans d'expérience minimum en compliance, au sein d'une grande société de conseil aux entreprises ou d'un département audit interne/externe/règlementaire en Suisse, ou dans un département Compliance d'une banque.
  • Au bénéfice de solides connaissances du cadre réglementaire Suisse, notamment en matière de LBA, CRS, MIFID II, LIMF, LSFin.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum), la pratique de l'allemand est un plus.
  • Forte orientation client et qualité de services.
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe, dans une ambiance dynamique et sous contrainte de délai. Des aptitudes ou de l'expérience dans la conduite d'équipes sont un plus.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
