Senior Oracle Database Application Specialist for Authorization 100%

Are you looking for a new challenge in an agile environment? For Crew Client Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Oracle BD administrator with strong experience as a technical application engineer. You will be working in the authorization team as a senior DB developer with Oracle DB experts, technical engineers, and business analysts with a focus on the authorization environment. The team is responsible for running the authorization application and performing analysis, minor development, performance tuning, reporting, and shell scripting in the authorization environment. We seek individuals who are willing to learn and support new technologies. You can expect an exciting and challenging application job and the chance to contribute your knowledge and implement your ideas together with a motivated team.
Your Role
- Optimization of the application environment (Oracle DB interacting with application, infrastructure)
- Design, evaluation, and implementation of application health checks and further monitoring
- Analysis, testing, and implementation of incidents
Your Expertise
- 5+ years' experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
- 5+ years' experience in Application Engineering, Technical Analyst (e.g., LINUX, UrbanCode, Splunk) within the credit card sector
- Experience in data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and real-time data (e.g., Goldengate, Qlik replicate, Kafka streaming)
- 5+ years' experience in the payment industry ideally within the authorization of payments
- Fluent in German (at least level B1) and English
