How do you feel being the first point of contact for any drop-shipment inquiry?

In the role as Global Supply Chain and Order Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will work within the Global Planning department, ensuring the timely delivery of essential healthcare products to individuals around the world. Within this department, the Finished Goods Drop-Shipment Process team is responsible for providing drop-shipment services globally.

Start Date: 15.02.2025

End Date: 31.12.2025

Workload: 100%, max. 2 days home office

Location: Rotkreuz (CH)

Work Model: Contracting

Your Tasks:

  1. Process international finished goods orders and create order confirmations, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  2. Maintain and monitor purchase orders, including delivery confirmations, quantity and delivery date changes, and follow up on delayed orders to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Coordinate between procurement and supply chain functions in Rotkreuz and other locations (e.g., Switzerland/Germany/USA/China) regarding purchase orders.
  4. Generate virtual goods receipt and goods issue after receiving the shipping notification manually, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  5. Create transportation service orders, including processing and approving the respective invoicing workflows.
  6. Initiate returns as specified by the final goods recipient from the companies or intercompany supply chain. Manage and monitor the return process efficiently.
  7. Process invoice verification workflow items in consultation with the SRM Manager.
  8. Maintain material and vendor-specific master data in purchase info records and order books as directed by supply relationship management (SRM) managers in Rotkreuz and other global locations.
  9. Manage material master workflow for new product creation, contributing to supply chain optimization and ensuring the smooth introduction of new materials into the supply chain.
  10. Support operative drop shipment processes for specific finished goods materials in other global locations of the company.
  11. Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for third-party vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met to facilitate smooth integration into the company's finished goods dropshipment process.
  12. Support the SRM manager and global planner for spend, Right First Time (RFT), and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) reporting, contributing to effective supply chain management.

Your Profile:

  1. Commercial degree with logistics, purchasing, or import/export background.
  2. First experience in logistics, purchasing, or import & export.
  3. In-depth knowledge of both SAP and MS Office.
  4. Experience in working and networking with stakeholders.
  5. Experience in Google Suite.
  6. Responsible and independent worker.
  7. Uses initiative, is enthusiastic, and has very good communication skills.
  8. Team skills as well as flexibility and openness to new methods and ideas.
  9. Fluent in German and English.
