About The Role
The Transformation Office Manager leads global, large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs that drive strategic transformation at the intersection of digital, technology, and business. With a direct impact on customer/employee experience, top-line growth, and bottom-line performance, this role is critical in transforming the Straumann Group’s mid-term strategy into success.
As a senior leader, the Transformation Office Manager collaborates closely with C-Level executives and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to drive strategic initiatives toward tangible outcomes. This role requires a seasoned professional with global healthcare and consulting expertise, a proven track record in leading complex, large-scale programs, and success across critical areas such as Customer and Patient-Centric Transformation, Organizational Change, Technology & Digital Infrastructure projects, and New Business Model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Direct, structure, and manage multiple large-scale transformation initiatives across global business units, ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from C-Level to operational teams, to secure buy-in and foster collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Program Design: Define program scope, objectives, outcomes, and success metrics, ensuring the alignment of programs with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensure resource allocation efficiency, and track financial performance against targets, making necessary adjustments.
- Customer-centric Transformation: Analyze customer and market data to identify opportunities for optimizing revenue, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Process Optimization & Digital Solutions: Collaborate with teams to map, redesign, and implement end-to-end business processes using cutting-edge digital solutions, including automation and data analytics.
- Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Lead comprehensive change management strategies, anticipating resistance, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth program implementation across geographies.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor program performance, utilizing data-driven KPIs and other metrics to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Agile Project Execution: Serve as a role model in applying agile methodologies to accelerate program speed, enhance quality, and promote a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.
- Reporting & Senior Management Communication: Generate and present detailed reports on program progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, applying feedback, and identifying best practices to refine future programs.
- Master’s degree in business administration, digital transformation, change management or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and extensive professional experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of work experience in enterprise transformation programs, preferably in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
- Experience in change management at the intersection of digital technology and business strategy.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact on top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Consulting background with a strong focus on integrating technology and business to drive outcomes.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile (Scrum Master), or Lean Management.
- Strong command of data, analytics, and digital tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, winning the trust and commitment of stakeholders across multiple business units.
