Role overview

We're looking for a business intelligence and data analytics expert to join our management team and help accelerate the growth motion of the Proton ecosystem. You'll be responsible for business intelligence and analytics initiatives across the full spectrum of products and channels.

What you'll do

  • Build out a vision and strategy for how business intelligence and data analytics can be leveraged to drive growth, efficiency and profitability for each Proton product.
  • Provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of business intelligence and data analytics specialists.
  • Partner with the Data Platform team to drive accurate privacy-preserving data signals and inference.
  • Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical approaches.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience and impact in a leadership role within business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Experience effectively presenting complex topics to top leadership or board members.
  • Strong experience in B2C, SaaS and/or subscription-based start-ups/tech companies.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics or Computer Science is a plus.
