Job Summary: The EagleNXT Technical Writer will write precise customer documentation based on information from engineering, product management and your own research. Maintain and manage technical documents throughout the entire life cycle of EagleNXT’s drones, sensors, and cameras, taking into account legal requirements and standards. Support and coordinate global editorial projects. Create and adapt technical specifications and customer‑specific documentation to different requirements. Ensure technical clarifications together with our worldwide customers and representatives. Develop structured, uniform and user‑friendly documentation templates. Publish content on time and in the required format. Key Job Responsibilities: Create operating manuals and technical documentation for high‑technology drone, sensor, and camera products to ensure clear and understandable use. Procure and create media to support the documentation. Create user catalogs that detail the products and their features. Translate technical documentation to make the information accessible to international customers. Optimize documentation processes and contribute to improving quality processes. Be available as a contact person for questions and concerns about technical documentation. Translate technical documentation in both French and English to make the information accessible to international customers. Position Qualifications: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant technical writing and editing experience in a high‑technology field. Strong MS Office skills. Business fluency in French and strong written and spoken English skills. Experience using documentation software such as Schema ST4, Document360, Adobe Framemaker, etc. Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
